All the top events at the finale of the 2025 ski season

The ski season is in full swing, and we are enjoying the snow and the many hours of sunshine. As is tradition, we would like to inform you about the many top events for the 2025 ski season finale. A very good reason for you to spend a few days on the slopes in March and April 2025 and enjoy these top events at the same time. You can hire your skis, snowboards, … easily and conveniently online via SNOWELL. P.S.: some test models for the upcoming 2025/2026 winter season are already available in the hire shops.

Silvretta Montafon 📍

There’s always something going on in the Silvretta Montafon ski area. We have listed some of the highlights for March and April 2025 for you:

Kamrad | 15.03.2025

Kamrad is in the charts with hits like ‘I Believe’ and ‘Feel Alive’. On 15.03.2025 from 15:00-16:30 Kamrad will perform at Bella Nova at an altitude of 2000m. Admission is free with a valid day, multi-day, pedestrian, season or annual ticket.

World Cup Montafon | 20.03. – 22.03.2025

Have you always wanted to visit a World Cup snowboard cross competition? This is your chance! From 20.03.25 to 22.03.2025 you can be there and experience the exciting races live. You can find more information here

DJ Ötzi | 22.03.2025

DJ Ötzi has been a regular guest in the Silvretta Montafon for eight years. Everyone knows his hits such as “Ein Stern” and “Anton aus Tirol” and he always creates a great atmosphere. DJ Ötzi will be back in Montafon again in 2025 and admission is free. The programme is as follows:

18.00 last descent with the Versettla cable car

Wine festival VINNOVA | 28.03.2025

Are you a wine lover? Then head to Silvretta Montafon on 28.03.2025 to enjoy top wines and local specialities. Get your tickets here

JOSH. | 29.03.2025

Josh, who lives in Vienna, is an absolute musical sensation in Austria and Germany. He will be playing his greatest hits such as “Expresso & Tschianti” at the Valisera mountain railway on 29 March 2025 from 14:00. And the best thing is: the concert is free with your valid ski ticket.

Mickie Krause X Dirndl Ski Gaudi | 05.04.2025

Even more music follows in April with Mickie Krause’s concert. Put on your dirndl or lederhosen and join the party. This concert is also free with a valid ski ticket.

Forever 80s Party | 12.04.2025

In April, the sun is already stronger and sets later. A good opportunity to really party on the mountain one last time. Dance to the best classics from the 80s on 12.04.2025. Dress up as the 80s Dancing Queen or King and win great prizes. The Versettla cable car runs until 18:00, but no stress…. the afterparty continues in the Alten Talstation.

Pitztal 📍

In Pitztal there is no event day, but event weeks. From March 2025 to the beginning of May 2025, winter sports guests will be entertained with various concerts, parties and sporting events. You can find the complete programme here Here are a few highlights:

Pitz Nordics | 14.03.-16.03.2025

Do you prefer classic cross-country skiing or are you a fan of the skating style? Then you should make your way to the Pitztal in March 2025. Professionals and amateur cross-country skiers can ski 10, 20 or 30 kilometres around Mandarfen in the Pitztal Valley. As the competition takes place at 1400 metres above sea level, the trails are in perfect condition even in March.

Ride & Dine Woche | 17.03.-23.03.2025

Things get exciting at the Pitztal Wild Face. On the north face of the Mittagskogel, 100 freeriders will compete in a qualifying competition. Unlike in normal freeride competitions, the skiers are not judged by the distance skied, but by the time.

In the evening, the Stars und Sterne Galanacht takes place on the Hochzeiger. The well-known star chef Ralf Zacherl will conjure up a 6-course menu with wine and music accompaniment for 100 lucky guests in the Zeiger restaurant. Tickets are available here

Hochzeiger Rocks with Max Giesinger & Georg Meyle | 29.03.2025

The crowd favorites Max Giesinger and Georg Meyle will rock the open air stage at Hochzeiger on March 29, 2025. Celebrate with hits such as “Wenn sie tanzt” and “80 Millionen” by Max and “So soll es sein” by Georg with band. With a valid lift ticket, you can even attend this great concert for free.

Hochzeiger Open-Air with LaBrassBanda | 05.04.2025

The 8-member Bavarian band LaBrassBanda creates a great atmosphere with their brass music and influences from techno, funk, ska and jazz. With these gentlemen, suitably dressed in lederhosen and barefoot, you simply can’t stand still. And this concert is also free with a valid lift pass!

Alpe d’Huez 📍

Tomorrowland Winter | 15.03.-22.03.2025

DYou may already be familiar with the concept of the Tomorrowland techno festival. But did you know that there’s also a Tomorrow festival in the snow? This year, the festival will take place from 15 to 22 March 2025 in the ski resort of Alpe d’Huez. Immerse yourself in the fantastic atmosphere of Tomorrowland 2025!

3 Zinnen Dolomites 📍

Schlager party week | 16.03.-23.03.2025

Fancy a Schlager party in the Dolomites? Then the 3 Zinnen ski area around towns such as Vierschach bei Innichen, Sexten, Toblach, … is the right place for you. In the week from 16 to 23 March 2025, no fewer than 7 Schlager parties will take place at various locations. What can you expect? An All-in-White-Party, an après-ski party in the huts, a Tyrolean evening (don’t forget your dirndl and lederhosen!) and, last but not least, a performance by Rex Cordalis. Portes du Soleil 📍

Rock the Pistes | 16.03.-22.03.2025

Do you love surprises? Then you have to go to the “Rock the Pistes” festival in the Portes du Soleil ski area! Enjoy the slopes during the day in one of the 12 areas of the French-Swiss ski resort of Portes du Soleil in Abondance, Avoriaz 1800, Champéry, Châtel, La Chapelle d’Abondance, Les Gets, Montriond, Morgins, Morzine–Avoriaz, Saint-Jean d’Aulps, Torgon und Val-d’Illiez – Les Crosets – Champoussin and then attend one of the cool open-air concerts. ALPICON House Music Festival | 21.03.-22.03.2025

Two days full of house music. That’s music to your ears? Then book your ski holiday in Fügen / Hochfügen / Kaltenbach on the weekend of 21.03.-23.03.2025 now.

The ALPICON House Music Festival takes place at eight venues in the Hochzillertal, Kaltenbach and Fügen ski areas. The huts and bars will be all about house beats with various local and international DJs and live acts. Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn 📍

White Pearl Mountain Days | 21.03.-30.03.2025

The Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn ski area is not only home to house music beats. Pure vocal, violin and guitar music can also be heard. You will find space for relaxation at the mountain yoga and breathing workshops or on a guided snowshoe hike, for example. How about a disco workout? There’s something for everyone at the White Pearl Mountain Days.

The entire programme is free of charge, but as there are only a limited number of places for some parts, it makes sense to register. You can find the full programme here

Les Menuires 📍

Complètement à la Masse | 23.03.2025

The finale of the ski season is heralded in Les Menuires with the Complètement à la Masse. Make sure you’re fit to take part, as you have to conquer a staggering 1,000 metres in altitude and more than 150 curves. And as if that wasn’t hard enough, you also have to overcome obstacles. If you manage that, you are a true hero! There are cool prizes to be won, such as a week’s holiday in Les Menuires, including ski passes. Davos 📍

Cover-Festival | 27.03.-30.03.2025

This season the Cover Festival in Davos is taking place for the 10th time! Once more this year, the world’s best cover bands will be playing on the various stages at the mountain huts (e.g. Bolgen, Parsennhütte), in the Montanasaal and in various hotels (e.g. AlpenGold Davos, Mountain Plaza). All major tribute shows are also free of charge, with the exception of the opening concert of ‘The Beatles’ by ‘The Beatbox’ in the Congress Centre. Sölden 📍

Electric Mountain Festival Sölden | 31.03.-04.04.2025

The name says it all! At this festival in Sölden, at an altitude of 2,300 metres near the Giggijoch, there is electronic dance music from the best international DJs, such as Martin Garrix. Five days of skiing, partying, skiing, partying, … and repeat! You can find the entire line-up and information on tickets here

Admission is free for skiers and snowboarders with a valid ski pass from 31 March to 4 April 2025 (from 3-day pass and season pass). If you only want to be there on 03.04 and 04.04.25, you will pay a slightly higher price for day and 2-day tickets.

Ischgl / Samnaun 📍

Ischgl Spring Blanc | 06.04.-04.05.2025

Spring sunshine, skiing/snowboarding, music and good food and drinks. All this is available at the Ischgl Spring Blanc from 06 April to 04 May 2025.

grenzenlos.kulinarisch | 13.04.2025

Let’s start with the culinary part of grenzenlos.kulinarisch. On the Flimjoch, at the border between Austria and Switzerland, you can enjoy not only breathtaking views, but also delicious dishes from star chefs from the region on 13 April 2025.

Top of the Mountain Concerts

The legendary Top of the Mountain concerts will once again take place this year on the Idalp at 2,300 metres. As every year, they have managed to bring top artists to Ischgl. How about Andrea Berg (06.04.2025), Shaggy (20.04.2025) and Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike (01.05.2025). There is something for every musical taste in Ischgl.

The season ends with the Top of the Mountain Closing Concert on 3 May 2025 with an absolute highlight … this year you can look forward to hits such as ‘Apologize’ and ‘Counting Stars’ by the hit machine One Republic.

Samnaun | Frühlings-Schneefest | 26.04.2025

A concert highlight will also take place in the Swiss part of the Ischgl / Samnaun ski area at the end of the 2024/2025 winter season on Saturday, 26 April 2025 on Alp Trida. Melissa Naschenweng will create a great atmosphere with her distinctive mix of pop, rock and pop hits. Admission to the concert is free with a valid day or season ski pass.

Mayrhofen 📍

Snowbombing | 07.04.-12.04.2025

The Snowbombing Festival in Mayrhofen takes place both on the mountain and in the village. Your day could look like this: first you head up the mountain to enjoy the slopes on skis or board in this fantastic ski resort. Between 12:00 and 16:00 it’s then high time for all sorts of other activities such as the mountain brunch, yoga, dancing, etc. Between 16:00 and 17:00 you have time to get changed 😉 and then it’s back to the centre to party and rave with The Prodigy, Armand van Helden and many more.

Zermatt 📍

Zermatt Unplugged | 08.04.-12.04.2025

The incomparable Zermatt Unplugged music festival will take place in the heart of the Zermatt ski area from 8 to 12 April 2025. It took place for the first time 18 years ago and is now a firm fixture in the diaries of music lovers. In addition to the big names of the music world (this year including UB40, Amy MacDonald, Mika, Clueso, …), you can also listen to new talents on 17 different stages in the village and on the mountain. Saas-Fee 📍

Allalin Race | 11.04-12.04.2025

The legendary Allalin Race in Saas-Fee has been held since 1946. Whereas back then only 5 out of 9 participants reached the finish line, today the finish is accessible to more skiers thanks to well-prepared slopes. But it remains a challenge to race from the highest point of the ski area, Allalin, at 4000m over the Fee Glacier at speeds of up to 140 km/h to the centre of Zermatt. In the evening from 19:00, live music, including the Fab4, ensures a great atmosphere. Curious to see what the race looks like?

Zillertal Arena 📍

Lederhosen-Wedeltage | 11.04.-13.04.2025

Please don’t forget to pack your lederhosen or dirndl for your skiing holiday in the Zillertal Arena from 11 to 13 April 2025. That’s when the Lederhosen-Wedeltage take place again in Zell am Ziller, Gerlos, Königsleiten-Wald and Krimml/Hochkrimml.

If you hit the slopes in a dirndl or lederhosen on 12 April 2025, the day ticket will only cost you 35 euros instead of 76 euros. It’s worth it and it’s great fun too.

The event starts on Friday, 11 April 2025 with the warm-up party and ends on Sunday with a classic sausage breakfast. In between, local bands will provide a cosy and atmospheric Alpine atmosphere. Want to get in the mood for Lederhosen-Wedeltage in the Zillertal Arena?
