COVID-19

Yes, you can! If the current situation does not allow you to travel, you can either postpone your booking (even without a fixed date) or cancel it according to our SNOWELL Covid carefree package - Facilitated cancellation conditions.

Booking step 1 – select provider

SNOWELL offers a variety of winter activities, such as lessons for skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, freeriding, heliskiing, avalanche training, park & freestyle, race camp, telemark and fun sports. You will also find various childcare services.
These activities are either offered by one or more local providers.
By clicking on the button “lessons & prices”, you can display all the activities of this provider (e.g. ski school). The filters “age, activity, category and duraction activity” help you to sort the activities according to your wishes. Once you have found your activity, click on “book” to add the activity to your basket. 

Booking step 2 – select activity

Select in the category “age” the subcategory “kids” and in the category “activity” the subcategory “skiing”. The complete ski lessons offer will be displayed.
You have the possibility to filter according to the following categories: private lesson (individual course for fast progress), group lesson (cheaper course with like-minded people), family, extras (exceptional activities).
Each activity has one or more levels of performance (e.g. beginner, advanced, professional, expert). Please select the activity based on your own performance level (see classification level).
During a winter season, the activity starts mostly on the same days of the week. For example: a 3-day ski lesson can start on weekdays such as Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and lasts 3 days each.
The ski pass is not included in the price. It can be purchased at the ticket booths of the cable car.

There are packages in which the rental equipment, such as skis or snowboard, are included in the price. The course is displayed accordingly. If not, you can book the rental equipment via SNOWELL after completing the ski school booking and benefit from the price advantages.
After selecting your activity, click on “book” and enter the personal data. Under “languages”, enter the required language of the instructor. The provider will try to meet your request. Under “start” and “start time”, please select the exact date and time of the start of the lesson.

Booking step 3 – basket

Yes. As long as the booking is not completed, you can either delete or change the lesson in your basket (e.g. personal data, start time etc.)
Yes. Click on “add more +” and select the next activity. If you would like to book an activity in a different period, first change the period and then book the further activity. The new activity with the new course start will also be added to the existing basket.

Booking step 4 – complete booking

Yes. With a customer account, we offer you the service to access your bookings and to print out vouchers at any time.
Generally, we offer following payment options for your SNOWELL booking: VISA (credit card and debit card), MASTERCARD (credit card and debit card), iDEAL, Klarna (formerly Sofortüberweisung), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact, Alipay and Postfinance. It is not possible to pay the booking at the spot.
After successful payment, a message will appear on your screen indicating that your booking was successful and you will see a link to download and print your voucher.

Additionally, you will receive a confirmation to open the same link on the email address you specified in the booking. In this email, the voucher will also be attached as *.pdf.
Yes, you must take the printed voucher with you on your holiday. The voucher must be handed over when you start the booked activity at the provider. The voucher is therefore to be treated as cash.

If you wish to change or cancel your booking afterwards, please contact the SNOWELL reservation team at info@snowell.com. Depending on the moment of cancellation, cancellation fees will apply. In such cases, please note our general terms & conditions of reservation.
If weather conditions or other hindrances do not allow the entire activity to be carried out for security reasons, the provider has the option of postponing or cancelling the activity. Only in the event of cancellation by the provider, a full refund of the booking amount will be made. Please contact the SNOWELL reservation team immediately at info@snowell.com.
In such cases, we refer to our general terms & conditions of reservation and we request you to contact the SNOWELL reservation team via info@snowell.com as soon as possible.
