So you are covered for all eventualities before you start your snow holidays!
No matter if you are ill, not enough snow on the slopes, your holiday resort is closed due to the current Covid-19 situation or cannot be reached from your home country or the general situation is simply too uncertain for you.
The same applies for a change of the reservation.

Just let us know and we will change your rental equipment for free.
Any differences due to other prices at the spot will be credited or charged.
The notification for cancelling or changing your booking has to be made to SNOWELL no later than 1 day before the start of the rental period. After we have received the bookings, you will receive an additional confirmation of the SNOWELL carefree package.
