During the booking, you can easily change the resort, rental equipment, persons, personal data, rental period, pick up date, etc. Once the booking has been completed, you can contact the SNOWELL reservation team for changes and cancellations via info@snowell.com. Please indicate your booking number and your question. For cancellations we refer to our general terms & conditions of reservation.
Of course. If a boot does not fit perfectly or e.g. the ski length has to be converted, this is no problem. Please simply and immediately contact the booked ski rental shop at the spot  where they will be pleased to help you in such cases. At our associated ski rental shops you will receive the best rental equipment for perfect fun on the slopes.
The most accurate indication of the body data per person helps our ski rental shops in preparing your booking. Should these dates change till the first rental day, you can contact us and we can still change the dates.
Here you will find a brief description of the categories of the material. The bookable categories differ per ski rental shop.
As the helmet for children and teenagers is already for free if you book via SNOWELL, it is not possible to receive a discount in case the helmet will not be used. We ask for your understanding in this matter.
No, an insurance against liability, breach, material defect, theft etc. is not included in the rental price. Regarding these insurances, the local rental conditions of the booked ski rental shop apply.
Click again on the  button „book“ of the desired rental equipment and another person can be added.
Generally, we offer following payment options for your SNOWELL booking: VISA, MASTERCARD, iDEAL, Sofortüberweisung and Postfinance. Payment of your booking by bank transfer is also possible, but only till 7 days before the rental starts.  It is not possible to pay the booking at the spot.

After successful payment, a message will appear on your screen indicating that your booking was successful and you will see a link to download and print your voucher or invoice [only with payment by bank transfer].

Additionally, you will receive a confirmation to open the same link on the e-mail address you specified in the booking. In this e-mail, the relevant documents [voucher or invoice] will also be attached as *.pdf.
Yes, you must take the printed voucher with you on your holiday. The voucher must be handed over when you pick up the booked rental equipment at the ski rental shop. Only in this way you will receive the booked rental equipment. The voucher is therefore to be treated as cash.
For the customer-login, please use the e-mail address and password that you specified during your last booking via SNOWELL. If you have forgotten your password, you can request another one using the link „Forgotten your password?" A password generated by our system will then be sent to the e-mail address which is stored in your customer login.
In such cases, we refer to our general terms & conditions of reservation and we request you to contact the SNOWELL reservation team via info@snowell.com as soon as possible.
