The Haute Garonne is located in the heart of southwest France and is home to four top ski areas. Peyragudes, Bourg d'Oueil, Le Mourtis and Luchon-Superbagnères offer a wide range of winter sports activities, which in some cases reaches an altitude of 3,000 meters. In Luchon-Superbagnères you will find 28 ski slopes, 15 ski lifts and 160 snow cannons which guarantee enough snow. With its own toboggan run and 14 km of cross-country trails, the holiday region Haute Garonne offers a wide variety of winter sports, which reaches up to 2,260 m in the ski resort Luchon-Superbagnères. The Peyragudes ski area offers 49 ski runs, 17 ski lifts, 230 ski cannons and 15 kilometers of cross-country trails. The ski resort Peyragudes reaches up to an altitude of 2,400 meters. In the ski resort Le Mourtis you will find an extremely family-friendly ski area with mainly green and blue slopes on a total of 400,000 m2 of slopes. With the Pic du Tuc de Pan the ski area reaches an altitude of 1816 m. The smallest but very nice ski area of the region, Bourg d’Oueil, reaches up to 1,350 meters with 6 runs, 3 ski lifts and 2 snow cannons.
