About the ski resort Mayrhofen - Hippach Zillertal

Mayrhofen-Hippach, one of the biggest ski resorts in Austria, is located in the rear end of the Zillertal valley and convinces with its 135 perfectly groomed slopes, which are covered with artificial snow by 147 snow machines and give a 100% guarantee of snow. So you can fully benefit of the entire winter sports offers. Whether with skis, snowboards, snowshoes, skidoos or toboggans, you will find the best descent here. You can find all levels of difficulty on the various slopes. For the professionals who love challenges, the steepest slope of Austria – the Harakiri – with a steepness of 78% is a must! For those who are not satisfied with the 135 km of slopes of the Mayrhofener ski area, they can take the skibus Greenline to the Hintertuxer Glacier where 60 km of ski slopes with natural snow awaits you. This makes the Hintertuxer Glacier the only ski resort in Austria which is open the entire year. You are surrounded by mountains of an altitude of 3,000 above sea level with a really breathtaking view.
