Gröden (Val Gardena), a region that can be described as a tourist stronghold. Nevertheless, the region is able to find a healthy balance between tradition and originality. At the foot of these peaks await a total of 175 kilometers of perfectly groomed slopes, 81 ski lifts and 98 groomed cross-country trails. Should this offer not be enough for you, then it is also possible to enter the Sellaronda or the ski carousel Dolimiti Superski, the largest ski area in the world. Here you have access to 1.200 km of pistes in 12 large ski regions. Come to Val Gardena (Gröden) with the entire family and profit from numerous affordable family offerings, as well as child care for the youngest from 0-3 years in the nursery or the ski school for the slightly older children. For freestylers Gröden (Val Gardena) has got a beautiful funpark, the Snow- and Funpark Val Gardena at Piz Sella. With numerous jumps, glides, spins and a boarder cross run everything has been taken care of. A little more comfortable are the 103 km well-groomed cross-country trails.
