Le Sauze is located near Barcelonette and characterized by an authentic aura of a real alp village. The village also carries the Family Plus Montagne label, which means that there are excellent facilities for young children. Le Sauze has direct access to 28 individual pistes, served by 22 ski lifts. With skiing above 2000 metres, snow cover is generally reliable. The slopes around Le Sauze connected to the area close to Supersauze by mostly sunny red slopes. You can ski here in le Sauze perfectly, especially as a beginner, but also for advanced users and experts some nice runs are included in the ski resorts. The snow is fantastic, also on the lower connecting runs, kept at the right level, by a large number of snow making machines. At 2100 m above sea level in Super Sauze, the snowpark has been open since 2004. With a great boardercross, a halfpipe, a number of rails and a big-air with 3 different heights, this snowpark is very worthwhile.
