Pec Pod Snezkou lies in the Giant Mountains. The area is formed by the ski resorts Pec Pod Snezkou and Velká.Pec Pod Snezkou is located in the east of the Giant Mountains on the border of Poland and the Czech Republic and lies directly at the foot of the Snezka. It is a very promising emerging ski resort where many winter activities outside the ski slopes can be found. For example, there are saunas, swimming pools and spas. Also, the area popular with hikers. The slopes are generally on an easy or average level. In Pec Pod Snezkou you can find the longest lightened ski run of the Czech Republic. The ski area is connected to the Skiarena Krkonose. All ski areas are linked with a ski bus, but it is definitely worth while to make a cross-country skiing tour throughout the area. The cross country runs will take you from village to village, while you can enjoy the magnificent views of the Krkonose Mountains. For snowboarders there is a fun park and a halfpipe in Pec Pod Snezkou.
