The professionals amongst the skiers must definitely try the Worldcup downhill run. However, the most difficult run is the “Tauernkar” which starts at an altitude of 1,890 m. But also off the slopes you will definitely not get bored. With 220 km of cross-country trails the region is one of the most beautiful cross-country locations in Austria. Those who like to enjoy nature can go winter hiking, snowshoeing, winter horseback riding or horse sleigh riding. Ice skating or curling is possible at the local ice rink and for the more adventurous winter sports enthusiasts there is a natural toboggan run.
