About the ski resort Werfenweng

Ski hire Werfenweng online - Werfenweng is located in the Salzburgerland, in the midst of the Tennen Mountains. For Werfenweng sustainability is very important and has therefore created “SaMO”, which means “Sanfte Mobilität” (sustainable mobility). It is a multiple award-winning destination for this. Those arriving by public transport, will benefit from being able to use the free shuttles. At an altitude between 1,000 and 1,830 meters above sea level, Werfenweng offers 29 km of slopes, which are suitable especially for families and returnees. The little ones are looked after by the mascot, the penguin Bobo. He accompanies them during their stay and makes sure that they have a lot of fun and enjoy themselves. Snowboarders and freestylers can let off steam in the Jam Park Werfenweng and practice till the legs are tired and a break is announced to chill. In addition to ski slopes, there are also beautiful winter hiking trails and recommended snowshoe hiking trails. Furthermore, you can whiz down on the 8 km long toboggan run, which promises a lot of speed and palpitations. Those who like to toboggan in the dark, are lucky that there is a second toboggan run, the Köpfl-Flitzer, which is 1.5 km long and has a number of curves.
