Safe in the ski school
The ski and snowboard schools are ready to start! In order to ensure that the lessons are carried out safely, the ski schools have worked intensively on the implementation of the official safety measures and have drawn up specific safety concepts.
The ski instructors have been trained in these specific protective measures. The teams of the ski schools will do their utmost to make the individual lessons as safe as possible. The health of all participants is the main focus here.
#wearesnowell #enjoywinter #staysafe #takecare
- Find out about the situation in the ski area before your ski holidays.
On this page SNOWELL offers you useful tips & links to the respective ski areas. - Pay attention to the tips and information in the holiday resort and ski area from cable cars, tourist information, accommodations, restaurants, shops, etc.
- Always play it safe and wear your own mouth-and-nose protector (surgical or FFP2 mask). Important: mouth and nose must be completely covered!
Most ski schools also sell mouth and nose protection. - If you book your ski lessons online via SNOWELL, you can pick up the detailed information about the lesson at the respective ski school as soon as you arrive.
Please wear a mouth-and-nose protector here too. The ski school will then inform you about the locally applicable protective measures.
- If you have symptoms that could indicate a possible COVID-19 infection (e.g. fever, cough, sore throat, loss of sense of taste/smell) stay in your accommodation and contact the ski school, your accommodation and SNOWELL.
- Please show personal responsibility and protect your own health and that of your fellow human beings.
- If course participants experience symptoms during a course, the person concerned must immediately go to the accommodation or be picked up by the parents. Availability must be ensured at all times.
- If a course participant tests positive for Covid-19, the contact persons of the same course will be informed immediately.
- All ski instructors and employees are trained and made aware of the protection concept. They use certified masks, carry hand disinfectants with them and disinfect their hands on a regular basis.
- Contact surfaces and aids throughout the ski school area are regularly disinfected.
- Hand disinfectants are available in all rooms of the ski schools.
- In order to keep the number of people in the ski school office and at the assembly point to a minimum, we ask that the child is only accompanied by 1 person per family/group.
- Breaks and lunches will be staggered. Please do not share your own food or drink.
- The assembly points have been expanded spatially and the courses start in staggered stages.
- Group changes are avoided as much as possible. The group size is kept as small as possible.

- Skiers must carry the 2G certificate with them for the duration of their stay in the ski area and show it during random checks.
- The ski school office is to be entered only with FFP2 mask. The minimum distance of 2m must be observed.
- The permanent wearing of an FFP2 mask is compulsory in all closed gondolas and lifts as well as in the waiting zone for everyone from the age of 6. Children from the age of 6 to 14 may also wear a medical mouth/nose covering instead of the FFP2 mask.
- Masks are not compulsory during lessons on the ski slopes.
