About the ski resort Berwang

Ski hire Berwang online - Of the 36 kilometers of slopes, the ski resort Berwang has 24.5 km easy blue marked pistes and 10 km of challenging red slopes to offer and is therefore very family friendly. For the professional skiers and snowboarders there are additionally 1.5 km of black marked pistes. Thus, fun on the slopes for all skill levels is guaranteed in Berwang. The local ski school takes care of beginners and children in a professional manner, so they can already make their first curves in the snow at the end of the day. In the Obstaclepark at the Thanellerkarlift, freestylers and snowboarders will be completely satisfied when they can show and optimize their tricks. On Thursday evening from 18:00 till 21:45, the blue, 700 m long slope at the chairlift Egghof Sun Jet is illuminated for night skiing. The Almkopf-descent is the longest run with 3 km. The most difficult run is the one at the Oberen Rastkopf, with a length of only 1 km, but with a height difference of 300 m. The beautiful ski route “Bärenrunde” shows you the entire ski area of Berwang and therefore there is a lot to experience also off-piste. Sledding can be done on the toboggan run “Bärenritt”. This natural toboggan run is illuminated on Thursday evening. Numerous cleared winter hiking trails invite you to a leisurely winter walk through the scenic landscape of the valley of Berwang. You will be treated to culinary delights in numerous restaurants in a cozy atmosphere. Here you will find regional and creative cuisine, complemented by fine wines. Afterwards you can end the day in one of the après-ski bars with music and a few drinks.
